Her marital status seems to have originally been entered as S for single, then overwritten with M for married. However, she is entered as head of household, there seems to be no partner present, and moreover her children seem to have taken her surname.
Her birthplace is recorded in all four census entries as Ireland, with Queen's County also mentioned in the 1891.
