Made a "gourmet" meal for the girls with ingredients bought in France. Started with sauteed morels on a potato rosti, then followed with the piece de la resistance - tagliatelle with fresh truffle. Fresh truffles are worlds apoart from those you get in jars - such a strong fragance - you can smell it from metres away. The taste is fairly subtle though, you need a fair amount to really taste it. Still, a real experience, very satisfying! More pictures...
