Tuesday 1st March 2005. Me having a bash at food photography. I'd bought a truffle and some morels whilst in Paris, and I wanted to take a few pictures to preserve the rather fancy meal I knocked together with these fine ingredients.

21:20:16 The starter - a potato rosti topped with sautd morels and grated parmesan.

21:20:26 Just sautd these in some better, with a little garlic and a splash of sherry.

21:36:29 The main course - tagliatelle with truffle butter and truffle shavings.

21:36:40 I probably should have used a bit less pasta to help the truffles stand out more.
