Aged 3 at the time of the 1901 census, at which time her place of birth is recorded as Guernsey, St. Martin.

She appears to have been one of the witnesses at her sister Lily's wedding, in Australia, implying she may have moved there also.

According to the transcription of the certificate of her marriage to Vernon, Lily was 20 at the time she married. This puts her date of birth around 1920. Her place of birth is recorded on the marriage certificate as Guernsey.

Sure enough, a 1 year old Lily Woodland (note the lack of an 's' on the end) does appear in the 1901 census, living in St. Peter Port, Guernsey, place of birth recorded as Guernsey, St. Martin.
