Dinner in St. James's Park

Chie went out for dinner with a friend this evening, so for a change I picked Erika up from nursery (I usually just drop her off in the morning). It was quite a nice day, and I didn't really feel like just going straight back home, so I decided we should go for an impromptu picnic in the park.

We went by way of the little Waitrose on Victoria Street to stock up on provisions and headed from there to St. James's Park.

Erika is of course far more interested in ducks and squirrels than sitting down nicely and eating dinner, but still it was nicer than just being stuck indoors for the whole evening.
