Pub lunch today at work with a couple of colleagues, partly just because the weather was nice and there was a collective desire to site outside, partly to mark yesterday tumultuous changes.
Louise and Ian had given us an assortment of curry pastes for Christmas (a present we'd finally managed to pick up earlier this month) and I was rather intrigued to see an Indonesian curry paste among them. So this evening I made that, including an initial lightly flavoured version for Erika. That made for a pleasant break from the norm.
