I'd originally booked a half day off today, thinking we'd be going to visit Vera and Robin this weekend, but it became clear in the morning that Erika would not be well enough to travel.
I had rather been looking forward to going, and of course felt sorry for Erika who was suffering quite a bit from not really being able to eat properly. So this rather put a downer on the rest of the day, and in fact the whole weekend.
