Made an "interesting" pasta sauce this evening - a tomato base with cannelini beans. It's an interesting challenge trying to make meals all three of us can eat together, ensuring there's some protein for Erika, whilst avoiding any salt or processed foods. I also made a loaf of garlic bread, the way I'd learnt from Mum (using a part baked baguette, and garlic butter made in a pestle and mortar). Along with some grated Twineham Grange and a glass of chianti it actually made for a surprisingly pleasant meal.
