Tonight was my turn to stay in and look after Erika while Chie went out with friends. Made Mexican food (a Quorn chilli) for dinner.
After putting Erika to bed I wiled away the remainder of the evening practicing tying my bow tie, after which I might as well go the whole hog and try on my dinner suit again - now that I finally have the proper shirt to go with it. It certainly helped to add a hint of glamour to an otherwise dull evening.
