Seven Stars

Went for a drink with Robert, a former colleague, at the Seven Stars this evening - just for a couple of hours, from 5ish to 7. It was probably originally meant as an opportunity to chew the cud about my current work situation, but we ended up talking about anything but - including holidays on the Cote d'Azur and the relative merits of Crouch End as a place to live.

Hotfooted it back home after that in time for Erika's bath time. Dinner somehow fell by the wayside a bit, the act of trying to get Erika to go to sleep wore me out, and I fell asleep without having eaten anything.
