Toad in the Hole

Toad in the hole for dinner. Was very pleased with how it all turned out this evening - I followed a new simpler recipe for the batter which is just equal quantities in volume of eggs, flour and milk. I also turned the oven up hotter than usual (more like 230 degrees), used plenty of oil, and made sure it was very hot before pouring the batter in.
