BolognesePosted on 2009/02/08 11:08:49 (February 2009). [Friday 6th February]
Long day at the office, but worthwhile, managed to bring the bigwigs round to my way of thinking.
In the evening made a very quick bolognese sauce to go with linguini.

John, there is not such a thing as SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE in Italy. It's an american/british invention. We do have RAGOUT PASTA, but Bolognese... NO!

JM: True, we just perfected the whole thing, since if we remained at the Chinese version we would be eating spaghetti soups all the time ... :)
