Last Day of the Business Trip

[Friday 2nd February]
...well the last full day anyway. Not particularly exciting. Had avocado pizza for lunch which was a little odd. Dinner ended up being pizza as well. Everyone over from the London office seemed to be a bit tired like I was, so rather than going out for dinner we just got a couple of pizzas and ate them in one of the guys' rooms.

That's it really. After dinner I wiled away the rest of the evening on the Internet. I randomly set up a MySpace page, just to see what all the fuss was about. I'm not sure I really get it, but still, it passed the time.

Yeah, I was left a little wondering - not about your page - about the general purpos of those spaces. Is it a Blog? A meeting ground? All those "Friends" malarky... Are they "real"? I know Rus is a friend of yours... I read it was a great place to leave memories of your self when you "shuffle of this mortal coyl" business... Perhaps it's just another "Second Life"?

One of my friends in New Brunswick just introduced me to http://www.facebook.com/ a heck of alot cleaner then myspace although I'm not sure how well known it is just yet. Myspace pages can become so junky looking, at least the ones I've seen.
