Tofu Burgers

[Friday 2nd September]
Not a particularly eventful day - the highlight being that Chie made dinner for me again - tonight I had tofu burgers. These were particularly nice as she had rather stylishly "personalised" these with some kagome ketchup (see picture), I was very pleased indeed.
Watched Super Size Me in the afternoon, quite enjoyed it, but it made me feel like I was very, very unhealthy... I determined I ought to try and improve my diet etc forthwith.
