[Friday 4th March]
Spent the daytime doing a "handover meeting" (i.e. teaching my colleagues how to do my job!), which for complex reasons was held at our sister company's offices about 40 minutes drive away. This turned into a surprisingly nice day's work actually, particularly the pizza at lunch time. In the evening, after going for a little drive in Rich's new car, I made dinner - kimchi nabe - for Chie and Yuka. This was, as far as I was concerned, a slightly disappointing kimchi nabe, although the girls didn't seem to mind it too much. The rest of the evening seemed to be spent in the girls doing a "fashion show" deciding what to wear on our trip to Edinburgh.
