Curry and Cakes

[Wednesday 9th February]
At Chie's request I made a curry for dinner, sort of sag aloo (kale, potatoes and Quorn stuff). Afterwards I had a strong craving for chocolate cake, and so, highly unusually for me, I decided to do some baking. Although I cook just about every day, I'm much more of a main courses and starters person, and very rarely make dessert - particularly not one that involves baking. Still I had a bash at making sort of cup cakes. We didn't have any of those little paper case things so they came out a funny shape, but were very nice nonetheless.
