Hitotsu Nomikai

Really wanted to go out for a drink tonight, but couldn't think of anyone to go with who wouldn't be busy / not-in-the-mood, so eventually had to give up on that idea. I opted instead to have my own nomikai (Japanese for "drinking party"), and went to the shops to buy provisions - beer, nuts, tortilla chips, salsa dip, oh and a few bits and pieces for dinner. Chie got back late-ish as she'd been to the gym, and joined in a bit with my pointless drinking exercise. Impressively she managed an entire can of Stella without assistance, which is quite a feat for her. Made an insalata tricolore and a bit of pasta for dinner, although after all the beer and otsumami I wasn't particularly hungry.
