Given the overwhelming blandness of this week I was naturally very pleased when 5:30 came along and the weekend began in earnest. Went for a few beers after work, first in the Copper and then afterwards in the Swan for a change. A bit later on Kev came over for an Indian takeaway - seems like a while since we did this, what with Christmas and everything.
