Off Sick

[Wednesday 22nd December]
Having had a cold which had been creeping up on me for the last few days, just in time for Christmas, it finally seemed to break out properly today, and I felt pretty awful. Spent the day lolling around the house feeling rubbish, gladdened by the fact that daytime TV seemed slightly better than the norm in the run up to Christmas. For a change I left the heating on throughout the day, so it was nice and cosy at least, but as a side effect our Christmas tree is now shredding needles like it's got radiation sickness or something.
