Swimming etc

[Sunday 21st November]
We'd stayed the night at my brother's house, and got up at a fairly respectable time for breakfast, followed by a very pleasant morning chatting and drinking tea and coffee. We left Guildford before midday, and I decided to drive. On the way back we popped into Chie's health club for a spot of swimming and a spell in the sauna. Following that we popped into one of the new Marks and Spencer's Simply Food places to buy a couple of odds and ends. Made a truffle and chanterelle mushroom risotto for dinner, which felt very sophisticated, and was actually rather nice. Drank a bit of whisky and didn't do much else for the rest of the evening.
