Swimming

[Sunday 10th October]
Saw Lorenzo off in the morning, and then went back home and back to bed. After that we didn't get up particularly early. Went swimming at Chie's health club early afternoon, which was very nice. On the way back home, stopped off in the delightfully pikey Iceland where I have never shopped before, and bought some frozen food. For dinner Chie cooked, making a really stirling English meal - pie, mash and peas. It was everything it should be, bless her. Watched Michael Palin's Himalayas in the evening, and really enjoyed it this time round (so seemingly just the first episode was a bit dull).
