Comments: There is an entry in the GRO indices for the birth of a "Percy Clyde Hocking" in Apr/May/Jun 1890 in Exeter (volume 5b, page 85). This seems to be a likely match.
Aged 11 months at the time of the 1891 census, his birthplace is entered as "Devon, Exeter".
Aged 10 at the time of the 1901 census, her birthplace is again entered as Exeter.
