Mr. Draper is in charge of dress, drill and discipline at 78 Squadron. If you are well mannered, respectful, smart and try hard then you will never encounter the wrath of Mr. Draper.
However, if you are foolish and choose the path of tom-foolery, it won't be long before you get a Mk 1. earful from the Squadron Warrant Officer.
