| Friday Night in Shibuya Friday 2nd October 2009 Pictures from my first night of this trip to Tokyo, when I met up with my old friend Tanaka-san and explored the bars of Shibuya. | Chofu and Tempura in Shibuya Saturday 3rd October 2009 Slept in until about 2 in the afternoon today, and then headed over to Chofu to meet my friend and former colleague David, his wife Megumi-san, and their lovely baby daughter. In the evening headed back to Shibuya for dinner with my manager and his wife at a tempura place. | Tokyo Bay Boat Trip, Shinagawa and Ikebukuro Sunday 4th October 2009 Quite a full day - spent the afternoon on a boat trip around Tokyo bay with my friend Aoki-san and his wife Kirilke-san. In the early evening met up with Yuka-chan and Yuta-san in Shinagawa for a quick drink, and then spent the remainder of the evening revisiting a couple of my favourite places in Ikebukuro - Rohlan and Quercus. | Dinner with Aoki-san Monday 5th October 2009 Dinner (or technically dinners) in Shibuya with Aoki-san, first at a sort of vegetable / tofu restaurant, and then later on some curry. |

| Okonomiyaki Tuesday 6th October 2009 Went for okonomiyaki this evening with some people from my company. Only took two pictures, of the okonomiyaki itself! | Shinjuku Wednesday 7th October 2009 Night out in Shinjuku with Tanaka-san, David and Carlton (who I was met for the first time this evening). Only one picture unfortunately! | Sunset over Shibuya Thursday 8th October 2009 Just a last couple of pictures of the sunset over Shibuya to end on. |
