Hanami

A rather washed out hanami organised by my company. Still, if nothing else it meant an afternoon off work!

Despite the weather, the cable car and roller coaster at Yomiyuri Land didn't seem to stop running.

If you'd told me this time last year that in April 2006 I would be standing in a field in Japan, with a beer in one hand, and an umbrella in the other, I'm not sure I would have believed you.

Me and one of my colleagues decided to go to a bath house place after the hanami had finished (ahead of the planned time). So this was taken on our way through Yomiyuriland.

Later on, after leaving the bath house, I thought this was a nice view of a Tokyo suburb, on the way back to Keio Yomiyuriland station.
