It was looking very summery still on the heath, and there seemed to be some sort of event going on around the bandstand.

Trees and that dappled light shining through them.

Crowds gathering for whatever the musical event was at the bandstand.

Hazel and James at the Pineapple - it was Hazel's last day working here today, so James had got her this Pineapple tie as a present.

James often criticises me for my lack of tie, so here I am trying on the Pineapple tie a little later, and looking like an absolute pillar (or some word like that) of the community, alongside Mark, another regular.
