Hina Matsuri and Rosie's Birthday

Hina Matsuri (Girl's Day) in Japan so for lunch we had chirashi sushi with the Hina Matsuri dolls. In the evening we got a babysitter (!!!) and Chie and I went out for the evening to our friend's birthday party in Soho.

Freeze Dried Roast Potatoes

I attempted to improve my roast potatoes, taking advantage of the snowy / icy weather to freeze dry them outside after the initial boiling. Only a marginal improvement.
