I chose a different spot from normal to sit, most of the way up Parliament Hill, thinking it a good compromise as there was a bit of shade here, and Andrew would appreciate the view.

To begin with at least the bench I'd chosen wasn't completely in the shade, so I improvised this sun hat from what I had to hand (I'd brought this along to keep the ice cool).

Still here at just after 6, the view still much the same.

Finally heading home at around 7:30.
