Tried the Vegetarian Butcher's "no chicken chunks" for the first time for lunch today.

I'd heard about Netherlands based The Vegetarian Butcher a few years ago so was pleased to finally see it on the shelves of supermarkets here the other day. Good taste and texture - worked will in this ramen dish - but like all of these things too much salt!
