After sports day (quite a short one this year, it was all over before midday), I resumed my tracing of the River Fleet, this time following it south from Kentish Town towards the Thames.13:15:07

Eventually my walk took me to Holborn, and I decided to divert from the course of the Fleet briefly for lunch at Ye Olde Mitre.13:45:28
