Brought along some Louis Boillot Gevrey Chambertin 2018, of which I have rather a lot (having bought two cases en primeur a couple of years back). Today I wrote: "Not getting much on the nose (maybe 2 degrees celsis isn't an ideal ambient temperature for olfaction?) but lovely on the palate - dainty, velvety, very nice fruity twang then some slight spice / tannis."16:58:41
