I'm not typically enthusiastic about walking down to Kings Cross / St Pancras because most of the urban sprawl between home and there is pretty grim. However for at least part of the way today I found a more pleasant route.

Of course, it didn't last forever.

Although I was surprised to see oak trees lining part of the route.

...and a little orchard next to an industrial estate.

Granary Square looking a bit subdued but not entirely deserted.

I thought Canopy Market might be on today, but alas no.

Andrew and I doing more free advertising for Camden Hells.

After waving off Andrew I decided to walk along the Regents Canal towards Camden.

An interesting collection of artefacts presumably pulled out of the canal.

A pub we used to frequent.

Now very much closed.

My late lunch at Rossopomodoro - this was very good.
