We got the train to Worthing, then a taxi most of the way to Cissbury Ring (that first bit makes for boring walking). Here's Erika's walking up the hill to Cissbury Ring.

We stopped on top of Cissbury Ring for a picnic, I think this is a beautiful spot with spectacular views, but I think the girls were a bit cold!

The weather did improve a bit as the walk proceeded, and once we were on the move it started to feel a bit warmer.

I had walked around Chanctonbury Ring last time I passed it, so thought it might be interesting to see what the copse looked like on the inside.

Alas a bit of a flying visit as we didn't want to miss the bus to Pulborough!

Back in London now, and we stopped off at the new food court opposite Victoria station, which had this impressive vegetarian and vegan menu.

I had a vegan Thai green curry with some vegan teriyaki "chick'n" on the side. This was pretty good.
