Chie's family came to the UK for a week and a bit, to meet my family, and take in a few sights on the way round.

A day spent largely in the car, driving up from South Wales to North Wales, with a few stops along the way to admire the scenery.

The weather wasn't that great today, but we did battle against the elements for a bit of a day out regardless - taking in some local coastline, a bit of Snowdonia, and Caernarfon.
Stratford-Upon-Avon and Salford HallTuesday 26th June 2007
Left North Wales and headed back to England. Spent the afternoon in Stratford, and then the evening at a rather nice country house hotel.
The Cotswolds and Back to LondonWednesday 27th June 2007
Left Salford Hall in the morning, the wound our way back to London by way of the Cotswolds - and naturally stopping off for afternoon tea en route.
Changing the Guard and Pub CrawlFriday 29th June 2007
Spent the morning with about a million other tourists watching the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. Chie's family went off and did their own thing in the afternoon, and then in the evening I took Chie's Dad out for a tour of some of my favourite drinking establishments.

Chie's family's last full day in the UK - went to visit Hampton Court Palace in the daytime, then back to the flat for dinner in the evening.
