I had a bit of time in Nice to buy lunch for the train, and was intrigued by “O’Tacos” - a fast food chain which sounded like some kind of Irish / Mexican fusion cuisine. Better still it seems they had some kind of fake meat vegetarian option.11:46:52

Some very reasonably priced Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits I had picked up in the wine shop in Monaco which made the nearly six hour train journey from Nice to Paris pass a lot more pleasantly.15:09:30
